Fiat tried to re-invent the small sedan segment with the all-wheel drive Fiat 500X. They even gave it lots of “sexy.”

Fiat has recently returned to the Australian and American markets and, its passenger car range largely centres around the adorable 500, and the bigger 500X. The larger Fiat boasts five doors, all wheel drive and in some trim levels leather. It’s a more practical alternative to its 500 sister and as this American advert suggests, the 500X is targeted at customers who may have traditionally bought a small sedan.

The marketing boffins at Fiat USA are clever. The ads are funny, and not only highlight the car’s features but their Italian heritage, along with a splash of Italian dialogue. The 500X has lots of “sexy,”  apparently.
