Alpine A110

Alpine A110 Pricing and Specifications Confirmed

The Alpine A110 sportster will hit Australian shores in late 2018.

Alpine sports cars were renowned for their poise, balance and dynamism and Renault says the all-new Alpine A110 shares those same characteristics.

Designed and made in France, the Alpine A110 is fashioned largely from aluminium, and delivers near perfect balance with 44:56 weight distribution.

Power will be served up by a RenaultSport 1.8 litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 185kW (252hp) and 320Nm. In keeping with true sports car fashion, power is sent to the rear wheels.

Two trim levels will be available: Pure and Legende. However, there will be an initial batch of 60 Australian Premiere models. All will be Alpine Blue, have an active exhaust, Brembo bi-material brakes that can quickly adapt to different operating temperatures, 18 inch Fuchs alloys and lightweight Sabelt seats wrapped in leather and microfiber.

The cabin is finished with aluminium pedals, Alpine logos, a Focal sound system and an individually numbered commemorative plaque. The Alpine A110 Australian Premiere Edition will be priced RRP of $106,500 and deliveries will commence in the final quarter of 2018.

The other two A110 models, the Legende and Pure, boast distinctly different personalities. The Legende is the luxurious grand tourer of the two. The seats a swathed in black or brown leather, offer seat heating, front and rear parking sensors, a reversing camera, satellite navigation and LED lights.

Customers can upgrade to the Focal stereo and there is a choice of three wheel designs.

The A110 Legende will be priced $103,500 plus on roads.

The A110 Pure is aimed at more enthusiastic drivers. The A110 is fitted with the same lightweight seats as the Premiere Edition, along with some weight saving measures. Like all A110 models, the A110 has Alpine’s mode selector, which allows drivers to choose between Normal, Sport and Track modes. Satellite navigation, climate and LED headlights and tail lights are standard, but parking sensors, a reversing camera along with a sports exhaust and Brembo brakes are optional.

The A110 Pure will be priced from $97,000 plus on roads.

Alpine models will be available from exclusive Alpine dealerships, the first of which will be Brighton Alpine, right next door to Brighton Renault.
