Ultra-exclusive Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Carbonio adds a wealth of carbon styling touches at no extra cost
The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio is arguably one of the prettiest performance cars on sale. Now, Alfa Romeo has upped the prettiness ante with the introduction of the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Carbonio. Carbonio, if you hadn’t realised already, Carbonio refers to carbon fibre.
So, what do you get over the standard Giulia Quadrifoglio? A choice of Trofeo White or Competizione Red Exterior Paint, leather and alcantara wrapped steering wheel with a carbon fibre insert, front V Trilobe grille insert, carbon fibre exterior mirror covers, illuminated front door sill covers and a carbon fibre automatic gear shifter cover. There are also special 19inch alloy wheels.
A total of $8,500 of extra value, for no extra cost, with the Giulia Quadrifoglio Carbonio still priced from $143,900.
And of course, you still get that 2.9 litre twin turbo V6 that produces a thumping 375kW and will propel the red hot Giulia from 0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds and on to a dizzying 307km/h.
The new Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio Carbonio Edition blends the same highly acclaimed driving dynamics, technologies, lightness and efficiency with new distinctive styling features to accentuate its dynamic performance and design,” said Fulvio Antonelli, Head of Alfa Romeo Brand Australia.
